Relationships

When conflicts keep coming back, communication becomes difficult or we feel we are losing ourselves in a relationship. We can work on boundaries, communication, emotional dependence, jealousy, separation and other relationship difficulties.

Area of support

Relationships can be a source of support and wellbeing, but they can also bring conflict, insecurity and pain. When communication becomes difficult, the same problems keep repeating or it feels hard to set boundaries, it can be important to pause and understand what is happening.

Therapy can help you recognise patterns in your relationships, understand your own needs and develop healthier ways of communicating and dealing with difficulties.
